Thank you for helping meowt! - by Beata

Hello crafty friends!

Beata June here and I’m so excited to be guest designing for Gerda Steiner
Designs for this new release. Today I’m super happy to be sharing this card I made with the new Cats and Boxes clear stamp set.

Thank you for helping meowt!

To make this card, I stamped out the kitties in the box using a Gina K. obsidian amalgam ink pad on white cardstock.

Then I colored the kitties and box with copic markers and cut out my colored image.

Copic Colors Used:

Gray Kitty: W00, W1, W2, W3, W4, R21, R32, R85
Orange Kitty: Y21, YR04, YR14, YR20, YR21, R21, R32, R85

Box: E18, E25, E35, E39

Next, I blended my white A2 card base using Ranger Ink Spun Sugar, Kitsch Flamingo, and
Picked Raspberry distress oxide ink pads and a blender brush, and then splattered with water.
Then I cut out a frame with blue striped pattern paper using Mama Elephant Tri Window Cover
creative cuts, and glued the frame over my card base.
Then I stamped the Thank you for helping meowt! sentiments to the top and bottom window
frames using a Gina K. obsidian amalgam ink pad. I used foam tape to adhere my kitties to the
middle window frame. I added highlights to my colored image using a white gel pen. To finish
my card, I glued pink and clear embellishments in each of the window frames.
Here’s another look at my finished card:

Thank you for reading along and learning how I made this card. I love these adorable kitties!
Crafty hugs,
Beata June

It’s amazing where you’re at. Thank you for using two cats. Your card and idea are both a magician’s art. Cleaver. Crafty. Smart. I enjoyed partaking in your design. In fact, I wish that it had been mine. Amazing how talented that you are. And if you had any inkling of pursuing “cardmaking” as a career choice…I wouldn’t be surprised at how far, carried would be your vision & voice. CONGRATS!!!! Charlene
