I've purchased these in the past and added more to my recent order. Back around Mother's Day I was worrying about our kitty who wasn't doing well, and at lunch one day, my granddaughter mentioned 4-square breathing to help me deal with the worry and anxiety I was feeling. It wasn't until I got my stickers out to include in letters to Girls' Camp that I realized these little monster stickers illustrated the 4-square breathing process!! Now I love them even more!
