color the adorable Gerda Steiner Designs Cat with Balloons image which is available as part of the Gerda Steiner Designs January/February 2017 Digital Stamp Bundle with Kuretake Gansai Tambi watercolors and a watercolor brush
apply Distress Oxide Ink (Picked Raspberry) through the ARTplorations Mini Old Rose Prints stencil and add some splatters with watered-down Distress Oxide Ink (Peacock Feathers)
stamp the sentiment from the Mama Elephant Labeled Messages with Altenew Crisp Ink (Caribbean Sky)
adhere the stitched watercolor panel to a kraft cardbase
